European M&A Director: Portfolio Growth & Origination

Intermediate Capital Group is seeking an M&A Associate Director to lead M&A strategies, ensuring portfolio companies are equipped for successful acquisitions. This role is pivotal in supporting companies’ growth through effective M&A processes and strong stakeholder engagement.

The preferred candidate will have extensive M&A experience, strong financial acumen, and the ability to build relationships across Europe. This position is based in London, requiring fluency in English and ideally one or two additional languages.
