EV Operations Leader — Flexible Hours & Charging Network

Purpose of Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EV Operations Manager to lead and optimise the day‑to‑day operations across one of our regional EV charging infrastructure networks. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless management, maintenance, and performance of our charging equipment, ensuring that we continue to maintain a safe, reliable and customer focused network as we continue to grow in line with our ambitious growth targets. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in operations management, a passion for sustainability, efficiency, continuous improvement and a deep understanding of EV technologies and infrastructure.
