The Arc of Ocean County is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide meaningful support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential settings throughout Ocean County. In this role, you will help individuals develop life skills, participate in their communities, and enjoy greater independence while receiving the support they need to thrive.
As a valued member of our Residential Services team, you'll work in a collaborative environment where professional growth, teamwork, and person-centered care are at the heart of everything we do.
Position Details
+ Full-Time Position (40 hours per week)
+ Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
+ Flexibility to work two weekend days as part of your schedule required
+ Starting Pay: $20.20 per hour
