Opportunity Description
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing corporate events, forums, conferences, and networking sessions
Coordinate with vendors, venues, suppliers, and service providers
Support event logistics including venue setup, registration, materials preparation, and on-site coordination
Liaise with speakers, guests, sponsors, and partners
Manage event schedules, run sheets, and timelines
Handle event marketing support (e.g., invitations, attendee coordination, follow-ups)
Ensure smooth on-site operations and troubleshoot issues during events

Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to CEO
Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting arrangements
Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
