EVENT CENTER MANAGER

Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Offutt Event Center. Responsibilities Responsible for oversight of the Warhawk Community Center (WHCC) programs. Plans develops and executes diversified, innovative, and needs-based social, cultural, and installation-wide special events, ensuring the events provide a quality experience in recreation, leisure, social & military functions that incorporates customer feedback/inputs and meets DAFI requirements. Completes after-action reports for each program conducted. Schedules and publicizes WHCC activities by making up daily, weekly, and monthly schedules of events. Arranges for purchasing or procuring supplies and services needed to accomplish scheduled WHCC activities. Work with Marketing to develop innovative marketing campaigns to increase participation and promote programs.
