About the Role

We are looking for a creative and execution-driven Event Executive Intern to join our team. This role goes beyond marketing , you will be involved in both event planning and on-ground execution, including concerts, showcases, and lifestyle events.

We are seeking someone who not only generates ideas, but is also hands-on and able to bring concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

Brainstorm and propose creative marketing ideas for events (concerts, showcases, lifestyle events)

Execute event from idea to rollout (social media posts, content, activations)

Create and publish content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Xiaohongshu, etc.)

Assist in on-ground event execution (setup, coordination, crowd engagement)

Coordinate with designers, vendors, and partners to ensure deliverables are completed

Manage timelines and ensure tasks are followed through to completion
