Event & Marketing Assistant (May - July) #ESY

Events / Marcomms 1. Assist with planning and scheduling of social media posts for the event, including pre-event, event, and post-event publicity 2. Assist with logistics required to support event and outreach 3. Assist with follow-up of email invitations, updating guest lists, replying general queries related to events 4. Assist with other marcomms activities - Social media captions, event photos, liaison with vendors Other Administrative duties 1. Assist with logistics required to support the department in meetings 2. Assist with logistics required to support workers outreach off-site - Receive delivery, packing of goodie bags, set up and tear down of booth 3. Assist with general admin duties - Venue booking, meeting logistics requirements, sourcing of collaterals 4. Assist with data entry - Collation of straw polls or survey forms 5. Other ad hoc duties that may be assigned
