Event operations manager

Job Description:
Seamless management of all physical, hybrid and virtual elements (on-site production, speaker coordination, logistics management, vendor management, layout planning, recce, virtual event execution etc) for projects managed by Created Business (Redcell, Greycell, Greencell, Exhibitions, sports etc).
Campaign management – plan and execute marketing initiatives to promote various initiative and events executed by CB
Pre-empting crises and managing the same on the go
Prepare event / project costing
Management of vendors (event agencies– immediate and last-mile wherever required), other media,
Seamless coordination with internal stakeholders – Business Development teams, Creative, B& C, Finance, RAD etc.
Understanding of the events market and updating team on latest news in that space.
Process Purity – Ensure internal processes are adhered in letter and spirit
Liaising – Coordinate with external bodies (govt and non-governmental) for permission...
