Job Responsibilities:

1. Client Servicing & Relationship Management

• Engage and follow up with both existing and prospective clients
• Gain a clear understanding of client objectives and event requirements
• Provide professional advice on event planning and execution strategies
• Build and sustain strong, long‑term relationships with corporate clients

2. Event Planning & Coordination

• Oversee event projects from initial briefing through to completion
• Coordinate closely with internal teams, including design, production, and operations
• Liaise with vendors as well as mall and event venue management
• Monitor setup progress to ensure seamless on‑site execution
• Manage last‑minute changes effectively and professionally
