Opportunity Description
Responsibilities: Develop and implement proactive strategies to optimize room bookings, F&B venues, and conference space utilization to meet revenue targets. Contribute to the overall sales strategy, ensuring alignment across departments and maintaining high-quality standards. Conduct competitive market analysis and implement strategies to keep the hotel competitive. Mentor and guide the Sales Team, promoting proactive sales techniques and high-quality standards. Respond to and convert incoming inquiries into successful revenue-generating opportunities. Manage group RFPs, prepare tailored proposals, present to clients, and negotiate to close sales. Maintain accurate data entry for group and meeting inquiries using Delphi FDC. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions.
