Function as the primary liaison in the CoE and lead for the assigned programs. Collaborate with a designated internal team/Client based in another country (customer market) to support Venue Sourcing per customers’ request.Proactively negotiate venue rates and contracts and create reasonable preliminary budgets. Communicate with the internal Sourcing Manager/ Meeting Planner teams, business partners, or meeting owners and suppliers on a timely and regular basis. Follow standard operating procedures for all sourcing activities. Perform other admin duties as required.

This is a fully remote role. You can work from anywhere in Poland or Spain.
