Events and Marketing Assistant Manager

We are looking for a high energy individual who understands sales, marketing and promotion. Able to creatively think out of the box to create events for the establishments with partners and brands. We want to see enthusiastic candidates with fresh ideas and the organizational skills.

• Experience with using software system to track and manage events
• Support and participate in creative planning and brainstorming sessions for special events
• Coordinate all aspects with clients and outlets
• Serve as event staff support for onsite and offsite events (occasional nights and weekends)
• Other duties may include ordering/processing taxi vouchers, managing RSVPs for a variety of events, follow up calls to vendors, and ticket distribution
