Opportunity Description
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Plan, coordinate, execute events, manage budgets, and liaise with stakeholders to achieve event objectives including communications activations for the event.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Planning and Coordination of Event and Communications
➢ Support in event concept development and objectives
➢ Create detailed detailed event plans, timelines and budget including venue, catering and other event vendors.
➢ Manage event logistics such as registration and seating coordination
➢ Support in preparing event materials and presentations
➢ Responsible for giving directions and collaborating with event vendor as well as interternal stakeholders in the planning, implementation and execution of events.
➢ Leads and oversees communication requirements and channel plans needed for the event-pre,during and post event. Execution
➢ Oversee event set up and ensure smooth operations
