Events Operations Manager

Role Overview

We’re looking for an Events Operations Manager to lead the operational delivery of events and activations at our Camden store. This role is responsible for turning approved event plans into smooth, safe, and high-quality live experiences within a busy retail environment.

You’ll work across event operations, venue setup, supplier coordination, crowd management, health & safety, and on-site execution , ensuring every activation is delivered efficiently and with strong customer and fan experience in mind.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end operational delivery of events, including planning, setup, live execution, breakdown, and reset.
• Translate event briefs into clear run sheets, schedules, staffing plans, and setup plans .
