Job Summary:
The EVS Technician assists residents by maintaining the cleanliness of the Manor at Seneca Hills, including resident areas and common areas.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Performs day to day cleaning including (but not limited to): Dust-mopping, mopping, wet-mopping, washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, spot cleaning, scrubbing of showers and bathrooms, sanitizing and emptying trash of floors, equipment, walls, ceilings, and windows. Selects cleaning materials and supplies. Prepares solutions to meet the needs of the cleaning tasks; load and transport service cart to work area. Return unused supplies to proper area. Clean assigned areas including (but not limited to): high dust vents, cabinets, furnishings, floors and equipment, walls, ceilings, and inside windows with cleaning solutions per policy.
