EVS/PAD Shift Manager

Overview Supervise all general and utility cleaners. Ensure all public and back of house areas are kept clean and safe. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity). Responsibilities Supervise all general and utility cleaners, check their stations and make sure all the tasks are getting completed in a timely manner and according to Golden Nugget standards as established by the Public Areas Department (PAD). Train general and utility cleaners in proper, safe chemical usage and in the use of Public Areas equipment. Ensure equipment and machines are in a proper working order and condition. Give disciplinary notices; evaluate performance levels of Public Areas employees. Maintain department rules and regulations and ensure prompt and fair enforcement.
