Executive Architectural Associate

Roles & Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Architectural Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of architectural projects, from initial design concepts to project completion and statutory certification. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional who can manage multiple projects and maintain high standards of quality and professionalism.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Develop design proposals for Architecture and Urban Design
Carry out design development of projects, ensuring all specifications and client requirements are met.
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, and carrying authority submission.
Coordinate with, and incorporate inputs from, Engineers and Specialists
Develop tender drawings and specification
Assist Team Lead with tender process and contract administration.
