The Amazon Advertising team is seeking a passionate and driven Executive Assistant to support multiple Directors in the Amazon Demand Side Platform organization.

This role will support at least two leader who oversee a teams of 200+ employees in total. This position will serve as part of a close-knit EA team supporting the broader Advertising organization of 16000+ employees worldwide.

This role requires strong planning, time management, and organizational skills. You will have a strong sense of ownership, bias for action, and be customer service-oriented. This position requires high levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior executives.
