We're looking for an AI-Powered Executive Assistant who goes well beyond traditional EA work. This is a high-ownership, all-rounder role that blends executive support, operations management, and strategic assistance into one position. You will use Claude AI, Claude Code, and the broader Claude ecosystem as core daily tools to execute across communications, research, project management, and operational workflows, moving fast, figuring things out independently, and making things happen without being told twice.
The right person for this role has a hustler mindset. You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks. You are fluent with AI tools and use them to work smarter and faster than anyone who is not.
