**Tasks and responsibilities**
- Manage executive schedules, meetings, and correspondence.
- Handle complex communication and draft important documents.
- Oversee office operations and logistics.
- Arrange travel and coordinate executive events.
- Maintain confidential files and prepare reports.
- Support and track executive projects.
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Provide general support and assist with special projects.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, ideally supporting senior management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other digital tools
