My client is a Hedge Fund firm. They are keen to hire an Executive Assistant & Office Manager to take care of their Hong Kong office with 20 people in total.

- EA:OM to the CEO = 80:20
- General office admin (meeting room booking, office stationery, suppliers, insurances etc.)
- Actively communicate with executive level partners globally (arrange meetings, prepare documents, managing itineraries)
- Provide business and personal support to the CEO
- Participate in ad-hoc project as assigned
