Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings (physical and virtual), and prepare materials for CEO and COO.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics (including visa applications) for CEO, COO, visitors from the Amundi Group (as required) and staff.
- Expense Management: Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring compliance with policies.
- General Office Support: Cover for Personal Assistant to CEO and COO South Asia when needed.
- Event Coordination: Support events (as required).
Requirements
- At least a Diploma.
- At least 3 years’ experience in executive support roles, preferably in an MNC environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
