Reporting to the Senior Managing Director, you will manage executive calendars, prepare materials, and coordinate meetings efficiently. You will work independently while collaborating effectively with the EA team to support initiatives that drive the team’s success. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate complex meeting schedules across time zones
• Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
• Prepare high-quality executive materials.
• Manage meeting logistics and action tracking
• Organize travel arrangements and team events
Requirements:
• 5+ years supporting senior executives
