Responsibilities

• Integrated Communication Planning: Strategically map out the in‑branch customer messaging journey. Determine the right channels, timing, and placement for all communications across the retail network.
• Copywriting Excellence: Lead the creative copy strategy, narrative direction, and scriptwriting exclusively for in‑branch touchpoints, including digital screens, physical merchandising, micro‑events, and retail campaign materials.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Branch Creative & Design Executive and the broader Brand Communications team to merge visual assets with textual content into polished, branch‑ready retail products.
