Responsibilities
- Sales & Service: Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and contribute to CSAT scores and Mystery Shopping Results; achieve targets for products including CASA and FD Book growth and account openings; cross-sell products (PL, Credit Cards, Portfolio Sales, ASBF Funding) and any other product as deemed fit for Branch Ops; learn and use I-Pads/other devices for customer service and cross selling; perform Meeter-Greeter/Navigator role on rotational basis; assist in calling customers for service/sales interactions; occasionally meet customers outside the branch for service/sales discussions; support digital transformation initiatives including Connect Penetration and OTC Transaction migration; accept assignments to maintain staffing levels across the branch network.
