Executive Chef

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Chef de Cuisine to join our team at a prestigious hotel in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working in a high‑end restaurant or hotel with a strong background in Indian cuisine.

• Create innovative and authentic dishes while upholding high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
• Lead and manage the kitchen team, including delegation of tasks and efficient workflow.
• Order supplies and ensure all kitchen operations maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a high‑end culinary setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in Indian cuisine.
• Fluent in English.

This is a full‑time position with a salary of $1,800.
