A successful Executive Chef leads kitchen operations, overseeing menu creation, staff management, and food quality for both restaurant service and catering, while also overseeing farmers markets and pastry production to ensure an exceptional dining experience. They are responsible for maintaining high standards of culinary excellence, managing budgets, and inventory. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as they inspire and train kitchen staff while fostering a positive work environment that aligns with Daily Chew's concept. Additionally, an Executive Chef ensures compliance with health and safety regulations. This role combines creativity, business, and a passion for hospitality.
