At Palacio Duhau – Park Hyatt Buenos Aires, we are looking for an Executive Chef.

We are seeking a creative, organized, and strong leader to oversee our culinary operations, ensuring the highest quality standards and delivering unique experiences for our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all hotel kitchens and the stewarding department.
  • Develop innovative menus aligned with the identity of each outlet.
  • Control costs, inventories, and budgets.
  • Train and develop the team under your supervision.
  • Ensure compliance with high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to guarantee exceptional gastronomic experiences.
  • Actively participate in activities promoting the hotel’s culinary offerings.
  • Requirements:
