We are seeking a culinary leader with a strong background in high‑end restaurants or luxury lifestyle venues. The successful candidate will be an Italian and Mediterranean cuisine specialist with the vision, creativity, and operational expertise required to build a restaurant from pre‑opening through to becoming one of the city's premier dining destinations.
