We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Reef Al Fujairah City. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation, including menu planning and development, food preparation and quality control, staff training and development, cost control and the overall profitability of the kitchen.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Chef in a high‑end restaurant or hotel, excellent cooking and food presentation skills, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a passion for creating delicious dishes. The Executive Chef should also be able to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. The candidate must have knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and OSHA guidelines.
