- We need following Executive Chef:
- Thai Muslim Seafood.
- Western Food
- Chicken Rice
- South Indian Cuisine
- Willing to start with Short Notice.
- Rotating Shift till 3am in the morning from 10am.
- Responsible for Purchase and store keeping.
- Responsible for Budgeting.
- Responsible for Cost Control.
- Responsible managing Manpower in the department.
- Responsible for Food Hygiene, Cleanliness and Food Quality.
- Responsible for all MUIS Halal Requirements Strictly.
- Minimum 5 Years’ Experience in the relevant field.
- No Strict Basic Education Required.
- Minimum 2 years’ Experience in HALAL Restaurant Operations.
- MUIS HALAL training will be an added Advantage.
- Willing to work Overtime whenever required.
- We open for all Weekends and Public Holidays.
