Executive, Claims (Property & Casualty)

The successful candidate will be attached to the Property & Casualty Commercial Line claims section which handles claims such as Work Injury Compensation claims, Public Liability & Property damage claims. Job Responsibilities Acknowledge receipt and register all commercial line claim submissions received from intermediaries/policyholders/third parties within given timelines Clear central email inbox & file both hardcopy & soft copy correspondence received Monitor & ensure accuracy in the daily work injury compensation (WICA) claims transmission reports to/received from the Ministry of Manpower Handle administrative tasks relating to WICA, including the generation of internal monitoring reports, processing payment of medical report fees, outgoing registered mails, etc Liaise with our service providers including third party administrators on the submission of information/documents & other claims related matters Handle incoming general enquiries received via the WICA Hotline/Hotmail Recor...
