Opportunity Description
Accor Hotels is seeking an Assistant Manager for Fairmont Gold in Singapore. This role involves overseeing daily operations, fostering guest relationships, and ensuring that service standards are maintained. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of luxury hotel experience, preferably in Front Office, and must possess excellent decision-making skills.
Responsibilities also include monitoring guest satisfaction and leading service initiatives to enhance the Executive Club experience. Knowledge of the Opera System is essential.
