The Executive Club Manager oversees the daily operations of the Executive Club Lounge, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for VIP and high-value guests in line with Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur standards.
What You Will Do
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to VIP and Executive Club guests, ensuring a seamless luxury experience.
- Oversee daily Executive Lounge operations, maintaining the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness and service.

- Manage guest relations by anticipating needs, handling feedback and resolving issues efficiently.
