Job Description

Responsibilities
To be part of the Corporate Development team that drives strategic development and organisational excellence initiatives in IMH through the implementation of coherent strategic planning and improvement frameworks that support the attainment of the Hospital’s vision and mission. 

You will be involved in various initiatives such as the cascading of the Hospital plans to departments, in addition to facilitating the implementation of process improvement initiatives with departments, using LEAN methodology or other relevant tools. Knowledge of design thinking will be an advantage. In addition, you may be involved in building the culture of the hospital via organizational development initiatives that will facilitate the cohesion of intra and inter department relationships. Provision of secretariat support for senior management meetings will be part of the officer’s duties.
