Executive Director - Associate Chief of Pharmacy, Main Campus

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a strategic, mission-driven **Executive Director, Associate Chief of Pharmacy** for Main Campus **.** This leader will oversee pharmacy operations and directly manage five pharmacies and also collaborate with infusion and retail sites to ensure alignment with our mission to care for life, research for health, and educate those who serve.

In collaboration with the Senior Vice President Chief of Pharmacy, this role is responsible for providing operational and clinical management, vision and direction to promote the strategic goals of the Pharmacy Enterprise and Cleveland Clinic.

This leader is responsible for quality, patient safety, employee productivity, innovation, patient experience, and financial targets while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and state and federal requirements.
