Executive director

The Executive Director reports directly to the Director of Operations and/or COO. This role encompasses hands‑on operations execution at the community level, overseeing profit and loss, financial performance, leadership of employees, and resident and family satisfaction. The Executive Director also manages the community per Phoenix policies, procedures, and guidelines, maintains full knowledge of all state and federal regulations, and owns the sales and marketing process to maximize revenue and market position.

The Executive Director reports directly to the Director of Operations and/or COO.

The Executive Director is responsible for operational leadership, financial stewardship, and compliance, ensuring the community operates efficiently, safely, and profitably while meeting regulatory requirements.
