Executive Director (ED) - Investment Banking (South Coverage)

Job Description

• Responsible for originating: financing and transacting deals in particular domain
• Taking lead in industry research, market mapping, preparing mandate pitches, client interface
• Be a part of end-to-end deal making cycle for multiple sell-side/ buy side mandates
• To be actively involved at every stage of the transaction, leading the transaction until it gets closed (client visits, meetings, bilateral discussions, commercial negoliations due-diligence, transaction closure agreements)
• Directs the implementation of proposed solutions to the clients
• Strengthen firms' relationship at Senior Management level with the existing clients
• Managing Client relationships along with the manager, assisting in identification of business opportunities .
• Responsible for handling all aspects of client liaison involving negotations on pricing or structure of a merger
