Executive Director, Education + Field Development

**Description**

The Executive Director, Education & Field Development is the strategic and operational leader responsible for shaping and executing Clinique’s Education vision across the United States and Canada. This role oversees the full Education ecosystem from curriculum development and instructional design to field delivery and retailer/Consultant engagement; ensuring that every learning experience elevates brand expertise, drives skincare and makeup authority while fueling retail performance.

This leader will guide a high-performing team, partner cross functionally across the brand and region and champion several enterprise-level initiatives including Clinique’s Multi-Ethnic Consumer strategy, Makeup Intensification efforts and Derm/Physician Services integration. The Executive Director plays a critical role in strengthening Clinique’s position as the most trusted dermatologist developed beauty brand in North America.
