Executive Director for Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in

Lead governance and operations as Executive Director with Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in in Dawson, YT. Oversee program implementation and fiscal management while guiding the Senior Management Team.
Reporting to the Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in Council, the Executive Director plays a pivotal role in senior administration. This position requires a strong background in public administration and Indigenous governance, with a focus on strategic planning. The successful candidate will manage TH employees and ensure the implementation of laws and policies aligned with the Council’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure implementation of TH Government laws and policies
• Provide advice and recommendations on fiscal management
• Direct and supervise Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in employees
• Manage annual budget development in alignment with strategy
• Liaise with other government officials to support objectives
Requirements:
