Overview

Viva Senior Living at Greenpoint is a 183 bed Assisted Living facility in Liverpool. We are in need of a strong, caring Executive Director to lead our team.

Qualifications Must meet all licensing requirements of the State, and Regulations for License of Assisted Living Facilities. Must have at minimum, a bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Gerontology, or a related field PLUS 3 years of related experience. A master's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Gerontology, or related field PLUS 1 year of related experience is preferred. Must be able to work well with peers in a congenial work environment and maintain the utmost compassion and dignity to the residents and adhere to the Resident Bill of Rights. In exigent circumstances, the employee may be subject to call back during emergency conditions (e.g., severe weather, evacuation, temporary staffing shortages, etc.).
