Executive director - non profit sector

Minimum Requirements Postgraduate qualification in Law, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Development Studies, or a related field. Minimum 5 years' senior management experience within the non-profit, NGO, development, or social impact sector. Demonstrated success in fundraising, donor management, and resource mobilisation. Experience working with boards, governance structures, and multiple stakeholders. Strong financial management and budgeting experience. Proven leadership, people management, and organisational development capabilities. Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Fundraising & Resource Development Financial & Operational Management Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team.
