Executive Director, Single Family Office

The Executive Director (ED) will lead the creation, institutionalization, and long-term stewardship of a newly established Single Family Office formed following a significant founder liquidity event, such as the sale of a closely held business, IPO, recapitalization, or major secondary transaction. The ED will serve as the founder’s most senior financial executive and strategic advisor, responsible for protecting, growing, structuring, and governing substantial generational capital.

This is a builder role requiring the sophistication of a Chief Investment Officer, the operational rigor of a Chief Operating Officer, and the judgment of a fiduciary advisor. The Executive Director will translate concentrated entrepreneurial wealth into a diversified, risk-managed, and professionally governed investment platform capable of sustaining multi-decade and multi-generational objectives.
