Executive - Engineering Services

We are seeking an Executive Engineering Services professional with proven experience in the Facility Management industry to support the effective operation, maintenance, and coordination of engineering services across assigned facilities.

• Oversee day‑to‑day engineering operations within facility management projects.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for MEP systems.
• Monitor FM subcontractors and ensure SLA and KPI compliance.
• Assist in managing work orders, AMC schedules, and asset registers.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
