- Course Logistics
- Handle course management, the administration and logistics for programs organized by the department. Present any insights/findings of course/evaluation reports to supervisor/management and propose suggestions for continuous improvements. Maintain and ensure brochures for programmes are duly updated.
- Assist with tutorial/assessment logistics such as setting up virtual sessions (such as Zoom), preparation of registration listing, admission & monitoring of student attendance. Assist with lecturer management and course administration such as tabulating of course attendance for the issuance of Certificate of Attendance, compilation of evaluation and post tutorial reports, collating of required documents for funding submission and maintaining of registration listing. Handle any enquiries from students in a timely and accurate manner.
