Job Description
- Management of tenancy work for Fit Out, Renovations and Reinstatement in accordance to requirements
- Management of security and carpark related matters. Ensure the repair work is properly executed and completed according to requirements and certify for payment upon completion
- Ensure building services and M&E system are serviced accordingly to term contract schedule and scope of work
- Verify service report and certify for payment monthly. Ensure and track all authorities licences are renewed yearly. Attend to tenant's/residents/public feedback promptly and ensure any rectification works are done with minimum disturbance
