Responsibilities

• Contract management and resolution of legal matters related to all types of commercial contracts
• Stay abreast with latest developments of the laws, regulations and case laws related to the business and operation of the Group
• Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of all types of commercial contracts
• Administer the internal legal contract database for Solarvest Group
• Maintain accurate records of legal and compliance matters, and advise on reporting obligations as required by regulatory bodies or stakeholders
• Take initiatives to improve the processes of the operation of the department to increase efficiency, accuracy and productivity such as regular preparation of template agreements for adoption by business units
• Support business units in the participation of negotiation of agreements and legal matters with counterparties
