- Assist in the full cycle of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and benefits administration
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations
- Coordinate and organise HR-related events, training and team-building activities
- Provide administrative support, such as managing office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements and handling general enquiries
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall business objectives
