Opportunity Description
- Conduct regular plant rounds to monitor workforce discipline, employee presence, and operational behavior across all shifts.
- Coordinate employee attendance, leave, overtime, and shift-related activities through effective time office management.
- Ensure proper deployment, attendance verification, and availability of contract manpower as per production and operational requirements.
- Monitor employee adherence to company policies, workplace discipline, PPE usage, and prohibited substance restrictions inside plant premises.
- Ensure employees remain in assigned work areas and prevent unauthorized resting, hiding, unnecessary movement, or extended break timings during working hours.
- Coordinate employee welfare and operational support activities including canteen, transportation, onboarding assistance, biometric access, and basic facility coordination during shifts.
