Job Summary
SCI Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales leads, managing customer relationships, and closing sales remotely via phone, email, video calls, and CRM systems. This role focuses on achieving sales targets by providing product solutions, and supporting overall revenue growth.
General Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, and digital leadsManage and follow up on leads by registering into SF.com opportunity pipelinesPresent products or services to customers via phone or Team meetings independently or with Technical Service team supportPrepare quotations, proposals, and follow up until deal closureMaintain accurate customer records in CRM systemsBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customersAchieve annual sales targets and KPIs
